My only negative point would probably be to suggest you flag the price of the service when you book an appointment on the online system though as when I signed up there was no mention of a price (free 15 min consultation). I had assumed there would be a cost but then only once I had had the suction done at the end was the first mention of how much it was going to be. Absolutely no problem as I am delighted to be able to hear again, but I would suggest this is made clearer early on to avoid confusion.
