Desperately needed to get my ears clear and was happy to pay the fee and get it done same day rather than wait until a GP appointment. Definitely advise making sure you've used oil in the ear for a few days before to make it as pain free as possible.

Excellent service - seen on the same day and a very professional approach. A modest cost, but I agree with another review that the price should be more obvious, especially as it is so competitive.

Went for booked covid / flu was informed they didn't have them yet.
They were very polite and rebooked appt for a week or so later all good . !

My only negative point would probably be to suggest you flag the price of the service when you book an appointment on the online system though as when I signed up there was no mention of a price (free 15 min consultation). I had assumed there would be a cost but then only once I had had the suction done at the end was the first mention of how much it was going to be. Absolutely no problem as I am delighted to be able to hear again, but I would suggest this is made clearer early on to avoid confusion.

Booked for flu jabs but they were not available when I arrived.

specifically requested a covid and flu jab , drove from clevedon and cancelled work meetings to be told that they weren’t being done until l1 oct. A message was left on my phone asking me to winds back I re wrote an email explaining I was in meetings and could they confirm all was ok … nothing . Turn up wasted my rime no wonder people don’t uppity their local businesses.

What a waste of time, an absolute joke of a system the appointment we had both booked for was not available when we arrived so we wasted our time online as well as our time attending the so called appointment this morning. Get your act together please as this is nowhere near good enough, not impressed at all

What a shower! Turned up on time and then turned away. The guy was rude saying “there’s the door, go through it.” Won’t be using this pharmacy ever again for anything
